Description LOCKING ARRANGEMENT AND LAMP WITH A LOCKING ARRANGEMENT The invention relates to a locking arrangement for sealingly closing a light housing and a light with a locking arrangement.
Closure arrangements for luminaire housings which do not ensure adequate tightness are known. In addition, locking arrangements are known which are difficult to handle.
The object of the present invention is to provide a closure arrangement which seals the lamp against environmental influences such as dirt and water and at the same time is compact, easy to manufacture and assemble and is inexpensive. Furthermore, a lamp with such a closure arrangement is to be created.
The object is achieved according to the features of claim 1 and claim 13.
Particularly advantageous refinements can be found in the dependent claims.
[0007] A closure arrangement for sealingly closing a lamp housing can have a closure element, a fastening element and a seal. The seal can be designed to seal a docking area between the closure element and the lamp housing. The closure arrangement can be designed in such a way that the closure element can be moved in a first direction relative to the lamp housing for closure. The closure element can be secured by a relative movement of the fastening element in a second direction, which is essentially transverse to the first direction.
[0008] This solution has the advantage that the closure arrangement has few components. The closure arrangement is thus simple and inexpensive to manufacture and simple to use. No tools are required to attach the locking arrangement to the luminaire housing. Closure element and fastening element can be formed as separate parts which are not attached to the lamp housing before it is closed.
In addition, the closure arrangement ensures a seal to a lamp housing or a lamp. For example, a seal against environmental influences such as foreign bodies, e.g. B. protection or dust, and / or liquids such. B. water, in particular according to IP (International Protection Code) 65. The locking arrangement is detachably attached to the lamp housing. It can be easily removed.
The seal for sealing the docking area between the closure element and the lamp housing can be arranged on the closure element or on the lamp housing. The seal can be designed in the manner of an O-ring.
To close the lamp housing with the closure arrangement, the closure element is movable in a first direction relative to the lamp housing. The locking element is moved in the direction of the lamp housing, more precisely towards the docking area. The movement can be linear. In the case of an elongated luminaire housing, the docking area can be formed at one end of the luminaire housing, that is to say on an end face of the luminaire housing. The first direction in which the closure element can be moved toward the lamp housing can then correspond to the longitudinal direction of the lamp housing.
The fastening element can be moved to secure the closure element on the lamp housing in a second direction. The second direction can be essentially transverse, i. H. to be substantially perpendicular to the first direction. Essentially / 90 ° +/- 10 °, that is between 80 ° and 100 °, preferably between 85 ° and 95 °, essentially transversely or vertically
AT 16 665 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office ders preferably 90 °, with respect to the first direction.
Securable means that the fastening element can be arranged in relation to the closure element on the lamp housing in such a way that the closure element can no longer be moved away from the lamp housing, that is to say is arranged firmly on the lamp housing. The fastening element creates pressure on the seal, it is pressed in the direction of the luminaire housing and the seal is ensured.
In the lamp housing, a conventional lamp such as. B. a fluorescent lamp. However, LEDs, in particular in the form of an LED module, can also be arranged in the luminaire housing.
According to one embodiment of the closure arrangement, the fastening element can be pushed onto the lamp housing. The slide is preferably carried out in a linear movement. By pushing it on, the fastening element can be arranged very easily, in particular releasably, on the lamp housing. Fastening element and lamp housing can be designed accordingly for the sliding movement, for. B. with a groove on the fastener and a corresponding projection on the lamp housing or vice versa. The fastening element can be slid on in the second direction. In particular, if the sliding in the second direction takes place with a linear movement, a space-saving attachment of the closure arrangement to the lamp housing is possible.
In a further embodiment of the closure arrangement, a mechanical connection of the fastening element to the lamp housing can be provided. For this purpose, the fastening element can have a groove and a first stop surface for interacting with a corresponding second stop surface of the closure element and a corresponding projection of the lamp housing. Groove and projection can also be reversed, i. H. the groove on the lamp housing and the projection on the fastening element. With such a configuration, the fastening element can be pushed onto the lamp housing in such a way that the fastening element presses the closure element onto the lamp housing. In the assembled state, the fastening element exerts a force in the direction of the lamp housing, so that the seal arranged between the closure element and the lamp housing is pressed together. This ensures a good seal.
According to a preferred embodiment of the closure arrangement, a locking of the fastening element can be provided via a releasable latching connection. Locking takes place when the fastening element is completely mounted on the luminaire housing after being attached to the luminaire housing and has reached its end position. A lock is necessary so that the fastening element does not fall off on its own or can be removed easily, which would mean that the closure element can also be removed and the interior of the lamp housing would be accessible. The detachable locking connection ensures that the fastener is removed at any time if necessary and the closure element z. B. can be removed for maintenance purposes or for electrical connection of the lamp.
[0018] In a further embodiment of the closure arrangement, the fastening element can have a first latching element. The first latching element can be arranged on the inside on a side or top wall of the fastening element. It can interact with a second latching element, which can be attached to the lamp housing, and thus form the releasable latching connection. The first locking element can be designed as a locking spring with a nose and the second locking element can be designed as a fixing element with a projection. The first locking element and the second locking element can also be arranged in reverse.
In a preferred embodiment of the closure arrangement, the fastening element can have an opening for inserting an unlocking tool. This opening
2/21
AT 16 665 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office serves to loosen the snap-in connection and thus remove the fastening and thus also the locking element. Through the opening, a tool such. B a screwdriver, to unlock the locking connection. The fastening element can then be removed in particular by a linear movement.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the closure arrangement can be designed such that the closure element is designed to establish an electrical connection. Then the closure arrangement can be used for the electrical connection of a lamp. It is also conceivable to use such a closure arrangement for through-wiring to another luminaire.
In a preferred embodiment of the closure arrangement, a through opening for supplying at least one electrical line is provided on the closure element. The electrical line can be designed as a wire. A cable can be passed through the through opening, which several, z. B. two, three, four, five or six, individual electrical lines. The at least one electrical line can be used for the electrical connection of a lamp to the mains. It can also be used for through-wiring for the electrical connection of another luminaire if several luminaires are electrically connected to one another, e.g. B. to be connected to a light band.
A seal can be provided between the at least one electrical line and the closure element. As a seal z. B. a rubber grommet can be provided as a cable bushing. But it can also be a cable gland, e.g. B. a PG screw connection can be provided with a corresponding seal. The advantage of both a rubber grommet and a PG screw connection is that these are standard parts that are easy and inexpensive to buy and can also be selected according to a desired cable diameter.
The feed-through opening can be closed with a blind cover if no electrical line is passed through it. The blind cover can be sealed accordingly.
[0024] According to a preferred variant of the closure arrangement, the closure element has a carrier element, an electrical connection element being attached to the carrier element. The connecting element can, for. B. be designed as a luster terminal, plug-in terminal or spring terminal. It is usually available as a standard component. It can be attached to the carrier element by screwing, locking or gluing. The electrical lines for establishing an electrical connection are connected to the connecting element.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the connection element has a connector provided to form a plug contact. The connector can be a male connector, i. H. as a plug, or as a female connector, d. H. be designed as a socket. The corresponding counterpart can be arranged in the lamp housing.
According to a further embodiment of the closure arrangement, a first coding can be provided on the carrier element for mechanical interaction with a corresponding second coding on the lamp housing. The coding can e.g. B. be formed as a groove on the support element. A corresponding projection can be provided on the lamp housing. A reverse arrangement is also conceivable. The coding ensures that the locking element is correctly inserted into the luminaire housing and that the carrier element and luminaire housing or luminaire can be connected correctly and securely. Bending of plug contacts can thus be excluded, for example.
Preferably, the closure arrangement can be configured such that the carrier element and the closure element are formed in one piece. This simplifies the manufacture and assembly of the closure arrangement. With such a design, the closure

AT 16 665 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian patent office arrangement, the closure element, on which the connection element is arranged above the carrier element, can be inserted into the luminaire housing like a kind of slide. An electrical connection is therefore possible.
A luminaire according to the invention has a closure arrangement described above. The locking arrangement is arranged on the lamp housing. With such a locking arrangement, the electrical connection of a lamp is possible in a simple, inexpensive and space-saving manner, either directly to the power supply or for through-wiring to another lamp. In addition, this closure arrangement can ensure the desired seal from the environment, e.g. B. according to IP 65.
In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail using exemplary embodiments. The figures show:

According to FIG. 1, a first embodiment of a closure arrangement 1 for sealingly closing a lamp housing 2 has a closure element 3, a fastening element 4 and a seal 5. Closure element 3 and fastening element 4 are designed as separate parts and are not connected to the luminaire housing 2 in the unassembled state. The seal 5 is attached to the closure element 3. When the closure element 3 is moved towards the luminaire housing 2 in the direction R1, the seal 5 touches the docking area 6 of the luminaire housing 2. According to FIG. 1, the luminaire housing 2 is elongated and the docking area 6 is at one end, i. H. arranged on an end face, the lamp housing 2. The direction R1 in which the closure element 3 is moved toward the lamp housing corresponds to the longitudinal direction of the lamp housing 2.
The docking area 6 is designed so that when the seal 5 is arranged on the docking area, a seal of the lamp housing 2 is ensured, for. B. according to IP 65. Alone due to the friction between the seal 5 and the inner surface of the docking area 6, the closure element 3 is held on the lamp housing 2. In order to ensure permanent sealing of the luminaire housing 2, the fastening element 4 is arranged on the luminaire housing. For this purpose, the fastening element 4 is pushed onto the lamp housing 2 in a direction R2, which is essentially transverse to the direction R1. For this purpose, the fastening element 4 has a groove 7 and a first stop surface 8. The groove 7 (see FIG. 2b) is attached on the inside to two opposite side walls of the fastening element 4. The first stop surface 8 (see FIG. 2b) corresponds to the front inside of the fastening element 4. The closure element 3 has a second stop surface 9, which in the assembled state is arranged on the side of the closure element facing away from the lamp housing 2. On two opposite sides, a projection 10 is formed on the lamp housing in accordance with the groove 7. When the fastening element 4 is pushed onto the lamp housing 2, the groove 7 and the projection 10 interact. Likewise, the first stop surface 8 and the second stop surface 9 interact in such a way that the first stop surface 8 touches the second stop surface 9 and in particular exerts a pressure in the direction of the docking area 6 or the lamp housing 2. The closure element 3 is thus secured by the fastening element 4. In other words, the fastening element 4 holds the closure element 3 in position on the docking area 6 of the lamp housing 2 and blocks it against movement away from the lamp housing. Due to the pushed-on fastening element 4, the seal 5 can be compressed more tightly in order to ensure a sufficient seal, e.g. B. according to IP 65. The fastening element 4 can be pushed onto the lamp housing 2 in its end position by a linear movement. A linear movement is particularly advantageous because it can be performed in a space-saving manner. In its final position, i.e. H. if the fastening element 4 is completely pushed onto the luminaire housing 2, there is a releasable latching between the fastening element 4 and the luminaire housing 2. For this purpose there is a first Ras5 / 21 on the fastening element 4
AT 16 665 U1 2020-04-15 Austrian Patent Office Telement 11 (Fig. 2a, b) attached. It is located at the top center on the inside. A second latching element 12 for interacting with the first latching element 11 is arranged on the lamp housing. First locking element 11 and second locking element 12 together form the releasable locking when the fastening element 4 is pushed onto the lamp housing 2 in its end position. The two locking elements 11, 12 can each be resilient, but it is also possible for only one of the locking elements 11, 12 to be resilient and the other rigid. In the present case, the first locking element 11 is designed as a locking spring with a nose and the second locking element 12 is designed as a fixing element with a projection. The first locking element 11 and the second locking element 12 can also be arranged in reverse. The fastening element 4 has an opening 13 in the upper part of its lateral border. The latching is accessible through this opening 13. The opening 13 is used to insert an unlocking tool, for. B. a screwdriver to release the locking between the first locking element 11 and second locking element 12 and to be able to release the fastening element 4 from the lamp housing, preferably in a linear sliding movement. Then the closure element 3 can also be removed from the lamp housing 2 and the interior of the lamp housing 2 is accessible.
The fastening element 4 has a substantially U-shaped recess 14. The closure element 3 is correspondingly designed such that it can interact with the fastening element 4 such that the closure element 3 and fastening element 4 form a single surface and the end face of the lamp housing 2 is thus designed as a surface.
The closure element 3 has a through opening 15 (not visible). This is arranged approximately in the middle. It serves to lead an electrical supply line from the outside into the luminaire housing 2. According to this exemplary embodiment, the electrical supply line is a cable 17 which comprises a plurality of electrical lines 16. The cable 17 can opposite the closure element 3 by a cable gland 18, z. B. a PG screw connection, be sealed. This is also a seal, for. B. according to IP 65, possible. The cable gland not only ensures a seal, but also fastens the cable 17 relative to the closure element 3. A separate strain relief for the cable 17 is not required in this embodiment. The use of a cable gland 18 has the advantage that it is easily and inexpensively available as a standard part. In addition, the cable gland 18 matching the cable diameter can be selected without having to make any changes to the closure element 3.
The cable 17 for electrical connection to the power grid is guided from the outside through the through opening 15 of the closure element 3 into the lamp housing 2.
There, the individual lines 16 of the cable 17 are electrically contacted by an electrical connection element 23. The connection element 23 is preferably designed as a luster terminal. The connection element can be arranged on a carrier element 25. The connecting element 23 can be fastened on the carrier element 25 by gluing, locking or screwing. The carrier element 25 is designed here as a slide 25. The carriage 25 is movably mounted inside the lamp housing 2 and can be pulled out of it. The connection element 23 for the connection of the electrical lines 16 is thus easily accessible. After the electrical lines 16 have been contacted on the connection element 23, the connection element 23 with the carrier element 25 can be inserted into the luminaire housing 2. Subsequently, the closure element 3, which is designed as a separate part, is guided in the direction of the docking area 6 of the lamp housing 2 in order to seal the lamp housing with the aid of the fastening element 4.
Figures 2a and 2b show a fastening element 4 according to the first embodiment of Figure 1 in detail. The fastening element 4 is flat and has a side wall on three sides, namely above, left and right. In the upper side wall, which is arranged between the left and right side walls, the opening 13 is approximately in the middle
